Elle was called into this unique and prestigious flat in order to help with the sale. At that time the flat had lots of personal belongings that were going to move back to America as well as items that weren’t going. After meeting with the owners, Elle had the green light to purchase all she found that would add value to the property and made it attractive to an extended audience, considering the area and potential buyers.

This flat was fully redecorated. A partition wall was built to conceal television wires without disturbing the structure and function of the fireplace. A new kitchen and new bathroom were added to combine practicality with a high standard of living. Elle served as project manager during construction, and she fully furnished the flat upon the construction’s completion.
