Elle was called into this unique and prestigious flat in order to help with the sale. At that time the flat had lots of personal belonging that were going to move back to America as well as items that weren’t going.

After meeting with the owners, Elle had the green light to purchase all she found that would add value to the property and made it attractive to an extended audience, considering the area and potential buyers.

As clients planed ahead, Elle was able to choose the fabric of the sofa as well as custom make several pieces of art.

She also kept some unique antique furniture which gave a more home feel into the project. The flat was sold for top money during Brexit.
